The team-SANKALP is an amalgamation of professionals from disciplines of planning, environment, architecture, engineering, human resource, social development, rural and urban governance, tourism development, health, and education, with profound experience in research, project conceptualization, planning, strategic execution, monitoring, and stakeholder networking.
Programme Execution
The capacity building of the project team through training is an integral and regular feature of S.A.N.K.A.L.P. The regular monitoring of progress, MIS, research and analysis, financial procedures, report development, presentation making, resource management, development of customized tools and IEC, etc. are the main features of project implementation.
Decentralized execution, participation of beneficiary groups, convergences for sustainability, and knowledge-building procedures are incorporated into the implementation process.
